Refund and Return Policy [if applicable]

You have the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days from receipt of the Product or from the date on which you signed the service contract.

If you contact us by e-mail, we will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal.

You must return the Products at your own expense as soon as possible, in any case within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal. Upon receipt of the Product, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, excluding the return costs, which will remain your responsibility.

Additionally, please note that the following Products cannot be returned: all personalized neon signs according to article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code
